The Foresight Pilot is qualification-led, not open-ended. We take on a small number of programmes at a time, because a deployment of this kind takes real engineering attention. The Ledger runs from day one, so the pilot is an evidence engine — not a discount.
What the pilot is
One release train, three months, a written decision.
Baseline captured and locked in the first two weeks, five dimensions measured continuously, and a structured evidence pack with a written conversion decision at the end. Pricing is shared with pilot participants during private testing and published at launch — priced per programme, not per engineer.
Qualification — required to begin
- ✓Engineering-led, 30–200 engineers, multi-tool, multi-programme, regulated or IP-sensitive
- ✓A named champion — a VP or Head of Engineering who personally owns the pilot
- ✓Data access committed in writing for Ledger baselining
- ✓Intent to decide on an annual contract at the conversion gate
- ✓CFO or COO visibility from week three
