What the pilot is
One release train, three months, a written decision.
Baseline captured and locked in the first two weeks, five dimensions measured continuously, and a structured evidence pack with a written conversion decision at the end. Pricing from €15K ARR for qualified pilots that convert to Growth. Per programme, not per engineer.
Qualification — required to begin
- ✓Engineering-led, 30–200 engineers, multi-tool, multi-programme, regulated or IP-sensitive
- ✓A named champion — a VP or Head of Engineering who personally owns the pilot
- ✓Data access committed in writing for Ledger baselining
- ✓Intent to decide on an annual contract at the conversion gate
- ✓CFO or COO visibility from week three
